TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Policy
1. Check in Between 14:30 and 22:00 - Check out by 10:00
2. Children of all ages are welcome.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas.
5. No stag and hen groups.
6. Limited parking is available on site at a charge of GBP 15.00 per day. There is no on street parking available Parking is available nearby at a charge of GBP 15.00 per day
We use FREETOBOOK as our reservation system the terms and conditions are available to read when accessing the booking portal.
You also agree that liability for your booking is not waived and you agree to be personally liable in the event that the indicated person/persons, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of the required charges of the booking.
Payment
A non refundable deposit of £40 is required per person if booked directly via the hotel. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
Payments by cash, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Additional Check In Notes
You may arrive early to the hotel and we will keep your luggage for you. Rooms are normally ready for 14:30pm
Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. We do recommend that guest take out their own travel insurance to cover
If booking a holiday via an online travel agent such as Booking.com for example then your booking is bound by the terms and conditions of that booking.
LIFTS
We have 1 lift in the hotel which services the basement floor, ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the lift is fully operational on occasion the lift can become faulty. We aim to have any issues dealt with as soon as possible. It is recommended that guests should be able to use stairs in the event of an emergency or the lift being out of order.
Damage
Guests must understand that damage to the hotel in any way is not tolerated. Guest maybe asked on arrival to provide a security deposit for any damaged which may arise. By booking you also agree that if you or another person within your booking party causes any damage or loss of any kind (including smoking) to the hotel. Then you will be liable to pay on demand an amount to cover costs of damage or loss and authorise management to make a charge against my credit/debit card on file or which has been provided, a cash payment may also be requested on arrival to cover this should you not have a payment card.
